Our Elephant Russian Garlic has been grown without the use of chemicals.
This is not a true garlic but forms a bulb consisting of very large, garlic-like cloves. The flavor of these, while not exactly like garlic, is much more similar to leeks than garlic. The flavor is milder than garlic. 6-7 very large cloves per bulb.
Harvested in December 2025, this is suitable to store for another 4-5 months or can be planted before mid June (Gippsland) to produce a garlic crop to be harvested in December.
