Pick Your Own Events

During the Summer / Autumn growing season, we will be offering a number of Pick Your Own (PYO) experiences at the farm.

PYO events will be held on Friday - Sundays and advertised on a week-by week basis depending on the weather and flower availability. All PYO days will be announced via social media and our mailing list (so be sure to sign up below).

In 2027 we will be back with more PYO events in both the sunflower field and the dahlia cutting patch.

Ticket Price $5 per person (kids under 10 free)

  • Entry to the sunflower field

  • Pick your Own Sunflower experience

The Flower Hour (PYO from the cutting garden)

Things to note:

  • You will be provided with a small vase or bucket (depending on what ticket you chose) and we’ll also supply the sanitised snips on arrival. All ticket holders will be given a brief harvesting demonstration before you make your way around the garden and pick your favorites.

  • When finished picking, return your snips and vase and your bunch will be wrapped for you to take home.

  • The cutting garden is for adults and kids 12 yrs & up only. Prams are welcome however children must be strapped in at all times while picking.

  • There are no toilet facilities available, so we recommend using the public amenities in the Glengarry township before arriving

  • Bees are present in the cutting garden

  • NO pets are permitted on the farm as we have livestock and dogs of our own

  • Please wear closed toe sturdy shoes

  • Extra stems can be purchased on the day for $2 / stem.

  • We appreciate cash however EFTPOS is available for "You Pick' events

$75 per person / 30 stems
$35 per person / 15 Stems

Ticket Prices includes:

  • Entry to the cut flower garden

  • Your ticket includes either 15 or 40 stems, depending on the option selected. You’re welcome to mix and match from a beautiful variety of seasonal flowers in the patch, including dahlias, cosmos, zinnias and more. Please bring a bucket to transport your flowers home.

  • The cutting garden is for adults and kids 12 yrs & up only.

Things to note:

  • Please bring your own secateurs or snips (or you can hire ours for $5)

  • Pick 1 or pick many. Sunflowers stems are $5 per stem, payable as you depart

  • Children under 12 are not permitted to use secateurs/ snips for safety reasons

  • There are no toilet facilities available so we recommend using the public amenities in the Glengarry township before arriving

  • Bees are present in the sunflower field

  • NO pets are permitted on the farm as we have livestock and dogs of our own

  • There may be snakes (although we haven't seen any in the paddock in 15 years!)
